KY's Dept Of Alcohol Discusses Regulations Of HB136

If Kentucky moves to pass HB136 not only will Kentuckians have an alternative remedy for their illness, they will have the potential to work in an industry that is growing exponentially nationally.

"If we take those numbers and project that out for Kentucky, based on our population, we would be looking at 8,200 total business licensees within the first year," said Carol Beth Martin, the Commissioner of the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control.
