I Stopped Drinking for 2 WEEKS...Here's What Happened | Quitting Alcohol | Addiction VLOG

I decided to take some time away from drinking alcohol. This video documents how I feel after quitting drinking for 14 days. When you stop drinking alcohol things can often seem like they get worse before they get better but there are advantages of quitting alcohol. This is my first video on the subject of giving up drinking. I will make an update video soon after a longer period of abstinence (or if I start drinking again).

As I say in the video, I am not an alcoholic. If you are physically dependant on alcohol then it may not be safe to quit drinking so be sure to consult a medical professional.
