Turn Up the Radio by Autograph - Custom Full Band FC #91

Well hello everybody! I know it's been quite a while since we've uploaded or been very active in general, I'll blame a combination of being burnt out from the top 50 grind and the holiday season. I do have some good news though, we aren't completely dead yet and have decided to start something that may give us some motivation to close out a few of the songs we failed to get in time for the countdown.

So let me introduce the top FBFCs of the month. Here's how it will work: We will try every month to get 3-5 FBFCs that we think would've cracked our top 50 countdown to 4k if they were done back then and upload them (in no particular order) at the end of each month. We may also give a range as to where we would've put it on the list as sort of a scale for the difficulty we believe went into getting it. For the month of December we have 3 songs that we'll put up over the next three days with 2 of which being customs.

I know it's technically not December anymore and some of these were done prior to that month, but we wanted to have a special spot for a few of these customs and we didn't have anything worthy outside of 1 extremely worthy song you'll see in a few days. So we had to fill this month out a bit and upload a bit later to get it all in order.

So now that that is out of the way, let's move onto the song itself. Very catchy tune here that has a pretty challenging chart on both guitar and vocals. Multiple tapping sections throughout and a very missable trill at the end of the second guitar solo make this one especially difficult. Given the fact that local calibration and direct from TV audio are also in play, custom FBFCs always have an extra layer of difficulty due to how hard it is to get the calibration right for all instruments at once. We usually end up moving it based on which instrument requires more leeway. I haven't talked with the others about this, but I'd probably slot this one around the 38-42 range in the countdown.

Hopefully this gives us some motivation to play this game more frequently, but if not, this could easily be the start and finish of this idea, so don't get too mad at us if we end up with nothing for the month of January haha, I'll stop rambling now, hope you all had a wonderful Holiday season and a fantastic New Year.
