Sziget Run September 2019

It was a grey start to September with a wet track welcoming us down on Margaret Island. We were lucky for the rain to hold off and we were presented with comfortable 5K running conditions.

Fastest in September were Cian Ryan (19:10.0) and Katarina Goršin (20:09.8). Both of them have been regulars in this catorgory so today their roles were reversed and they presented the FirstMed bottles of wine to the 2nd place takers Felix Herault (PB 19:20.6) and Urška Manners (23:45.7). Our lucky position runner was Krisztián Hortobágyi who took home a running hat for his efforts.

Special mentions go out to Makkai Máté, Abdoul Karim Fadiga, Dennis Diokno and Gardonyi Brigitta who all set new Sziget Run personal bests in September.
