How did I handle stopping drinking with no support? The ironic thing here is that the only support you need is that which you give to yourself. Please remember, the only thing you have to support yourself in is not putting the alcohol in your mouth. Then, once you don't do that any more, you can begin to change things so that you never go back to alcohol again.
