Often the end of the year calls for celebrations, whether it be for Christmas, New Years or just some holiday fun!

For some of us, these celebrations might see an increase in our alcohol consumption, which will impact our body in numerous ways. Having an inflammatory condition can also present different challenges when consuming alcohol and many of our patients ask us about how to safely consume alcohol around this time of the year.
