Fruit Soaking in 4-5 hours for Non-Alcoholic Christmas Cake

Soak fruits and nuts in mixed fruit juice and its ready to use in 4-5 hours to make yummy fruit cakes. Yes, these cakes taste as good as the normal fruit cakes and you will never be able to tell the difference.

Ingredients in the order of instructions:
1 cup Sugar
3 tbsp Water
1/2 cup boiling Water
1 cup Candied Cherries
1/2 cup Black Raisins
1/2 cup Tutti Frutti
1 cup Golden Raisins
1 cup Mixed Peel
1/2 cup Candied Ginger
1/2 cup chopped Dates
1 cup chopped Cashew nuts
500 ml Fruit juice
Juice of 1 Lemon
