Why isn't Turkey in Eurovision anymore?

My take on the ongoing withdrawal of Turkey from Eurovision. Winners in 2003, consistent highly placed in recent years, they withdrew after 2012 and have not returned. The reasons given are various, and as I discuss, not necessarily convincing and the real reasons they are no longer in.
