Sekiro: Inner Isshin - Aggressive Deflect Guide (No Buffs/Sugars, Normal Setup)

My personal archive of beating Inner Isshin (Reflection of Strength). I wanted a run that felt cool, aggressive, and relied almost entirely on deflecting rather than running away to bait specific attacks.

This run is great for anyone trying to learn the fight because I used a completely standard setup—no Akos/Yashariku Sugars, no Divine Confetti, and no increased Spirit Emblems. Just pure rhythm.

Key Strategies Used:
• Pure Deflects: Handled all major combos head-on to build his posture fast.
• Phoenix's Lilac Umbrella: Reserved strictly for his massive, heavy attacks to stay safe without giving up ground.
• Sakura Dance: Used for lightning reversals and because it looks incredibly fun.

*Fun note at the end: I didn't deathblow him right away in Phase 3 because I wanted to toy with him a bit and keep the fight going!
