Sarah's story - Giving up alcohol

We interviewed Sarah to find out more about her inspirational journey to live life better by making one key change - transforming her relationship with alcohol.

Sarah felt that her drinking was fairly normal except on the big nights outs which got really messy with her throwing up violently and not remembering anything the next day. That is not a place she wanted to be in with her kids asleep in the next room.

After hearing about OYNB from a friend, she signed up to an OYNB Alcohol-Free challenge and got back control of her drinking habit and her life which led to positive changes in her body, mental health and attitude.

Today, she is happy and proud that her children no longer see her as a hungover mum, instead they look up to her and consider her their role model.
