ROAD OF DEATH | extreme VAN LIFE drive in Colombia, pt. 2

After the most dangerous drive of our lives, we were turned away from the border between Colombia and Ecuador, which meant we had to drive El Trampolin de la Muerte (Colombia's road of death) for the second time in three days. We could not have been more nervous for this drive as we had helped drag a man who had driven over the edge up the mountain the first time. And we were nervous for good reason. This time, we got stopped for 4 hours while tow trucks attempted to pull up a different truck up the side of the mountain that had gone over the day before.
