Informing Welsh policy on alcohol pricing - USW Research Impact

Professor Katy Holloway and researchers from the Centre for Criminology Research at USW have engaged with service providers and drinkers across Wales to better understand awareness, preparation and expectations about the impending minimum pricing for alcohol legislation.

Their research will help service providers to develop appropriate strategies to help drinkers prepare and minimise any associated harm. The research is also likely to benefit any country planning to introduce a minimum price for alcohol.
