Hundreds of Beer Cans Destroyed by Australian Police in Illegal Alcohol Crush

Authorities in Australia have used a police car to run over hundreds of cans of beer in an ‘execution-style’ video as they attempt to crush illegal alcohol sales.

The person responsible for the illegal alcohol haul was fined $2,000.

Police have urged people on Twitter to report so-called ‘sly grogging’, the practice of selling illegal alcohol without a liquor licence, saying they “would love to reduce the damaging impact it has on [the] community.”
