What's up with alcohol and bodybuilding?
.5g of alcohol PER KILOGRAM doesn't seem to show an effect on recovery, but 1g/KG (8 drinks for 80kg person) does seem to have some unfavorable effects on strenuous exercise
in the video, I misspoke and said .5g per pound, but I meant to say PER KG
