This video is on Abraham about why drugs/alcohol SEEM to help give relief since you de-focus from stressing on particular problems but it's not permanent relief or good relief in the sense that it doesn't stick because there was no deliberate focus involved in the changing of the vibrational frequency. You need to be able to use your emotional senses to guide your emotions to harmonize with what's in your vortex, so that you can be the realizer of the things that you are asking for. Intentional guiding of your thoughts based on emotions is the key to your vortex, and drugs and alcohol can numb your emotions and make you sloppy in your thinking and keep you out of your vortex.
