“My daughter, Ginger, she’s been pistol-whipped and beaten, robbed and left for dead, literally. Raped,” Shannon says of the 24-year-old. “I’ve been living in a perpetual cycle of mourning a child that isn’t dead yet.”

Ginger’s half-sister Grace adds, “Ginger’s mental health and addiction is going to end her life. It’s not even a question.”
