Welcome to your new "Island of Sanity."

A man from my men's team shared a podcast with me where Margaret Wheatley talks about the growing importance of Islands of Sanity in our evolving culture.

An Island of Sanity is a high-performance team focused on accountability, spirit and self-development in order to be of greater service to others. Islands of Sanity are everywhere - in companies, hospitals, communities and more.

I'm on a men's team where myself and 11 other men gather every week to keep each other accountable and to get clean so we may be of greater service to others. I pick up negative energies and judgements in the daily chaos that is life. It's important that I heal so I can help heal others instead of letting negativity spread any further.
