Well, hello! The day has come! I think it was August 2019, when I decided that I'm going to train for a sub-3 hour marathon, and I am really excited. As I say in the video, I will film every day and upload a video every week, so hit that 'subscribe' and come back every week to check my progress! :) Sorry that I don't talk much in the video, I'll try to explain more next week. Also, I'm a litlle awkward :D
