The mysterious island in the middle of Hangang that was abandoned for half a century finally reopened as a music-themed cultural complex! Nodeulseom Island reopened on September 28th with new commercial and cultural facilities open to the public. It has everything from a bookstore, plant shop, to a large green open area where people can enjoy their picnics. It's located right in between Seoul's Yongsan and Dongjak districts with easy access via public transportation.
