The Hidden Pianist on The Beatles' “Revolution” | Nicky Hopkins
Leírás
Nicky Hopkins played electric piano on The Beatles’ “Revolution” in 1968. The documented session payment was six pounds ten shillings—a fee for one job, not a continuing share in the composition.
His nimble piano part still cuts through the distorted guitars, and the Beatles connection continued: Hopkins later played on solo albums by all four former members.
