Somewhere in the Caucasus Mountains, far beyond the limits anyone ever imagined for me.

They said this.
They said that.
They said they didn’t want me anyway.

So I left.

I went farther.
I did greater.
I stood in places they could only read about in books, scroll past in videos, or watch from a screen.

And honestly?

I want to thank them.

Thank you for pushing me away.
Thank you for betraying me.
Thank you for the lies, the rejection, the cruelty, and every door you thought you were closing.

Because if you had loved me at all, I might have not went anywhere and that would’ve been a real tragedy.
