In this "Singing You to Sleep" video we are unwinding together after the day with a little bit of reiki and energy work but mainly singing, in an asmr style. I hum and sing to you very softly some mystical melodies (of my own, and improvised on the spot) and two songs with Icelandic lyrics, one that is my own and the other is a famous Icelandic folk song.
