Kadenang Ginto: Week 54 Recap - Part 1
Kadenang Ginto October 14-16, 2019

After escaping from Eva's (Ana Abad Santos) clutches, Robert (Albert Martinez) finally comes back home. His immeasurable joy, however, is cut short after hearing a disheartening news about his beloved wife, Romina (Beauty Gonzalez). Daniela (Dimples Romana), on the other hand, fails to catch her father, forcing her to seek help from someone she despises. At the hospital, Paco (Louise Abuel) agonizes over Leon’s (Richard Yap) worsening condition, prodding him to speak with the authorities. Unknown to him, Hector (Joko Diaz) is determined to finish off Leon.

Daniela (Dimples Romana) becomes desperate and demands for Hector’s (Joko Diaz) help in searching for Robert (Albert Martinez). She then mulls over her father’s inexplicable reason for going in hiding, plagued by fear of her secrets getting revealed. Robert vows to take back his family from Leon (Richard Yap). Kulas (Ronnie Lazaro) and Myrna (Aleck Bovick) slowly close in on Jessa’s (Sheree Bautista) whereabouts as they find her old friend's address. At the hospital, Leon apprises Romina (Beauty Gonzalez) of a shocking revelation.

Romina (Beauty Gonzalez) learns that her beloved husband is, indeed, alive. This leads her to an assumption that Daniela (Dimples Romana) knows the information all along and starts to tail her step-daughter. Robert (Albert Martinez) is devastated upon witnessing Romina and Cassie’s (Francine Diaz) fondness of Leon (Richard Yap). Meanwhile, Kulas (Ronnie Lazaro) remains sullen over his failure to find Jessa (Sheree Bautista). At the island, Eva (Ana Abad Santos) goes frantic as she searches for her missing husband.
