Until I was 20 years old, I had never had a coach. No matter how ridiculous it sounds, I was "coaching" myself since I was 8 years old. And really tried to even think about it. It was a lot of trial&error, but somehow it worked. But I struggled when preparing myself for specific competition. Patxi Usobiaga is a former World Champion and still exceptional climber, who has been my coach for the last 5 years. Find out more in the next episode.
