06:22 - "Man dragged down Highway 316 during road rage incident".
LAWRENCEVILLE, Georgia - An 18-year-old man was dragged by the neck in a headlock down a stretch of highway in Lawrenceville, Georgia, on June 6th, during a road rage incident.
According to a police report from the Gwinnett County Police Department and video evidence from a dash-mounted camera in the teen’s truck, 36-year-old Emmitt Grubbs got out of his vehicle and approached the teen after a collision, punched him in the face through his open window, and then took the teen’s keys and got back into his own vehicle.
The teen told police that he ran after Grubbs to get his keys back. He is seen carrying a baseball bat in the video, which he drops when Grubbs reaches out from his window. Grubbs then pulls him into a headlock and accelerates down the road. Police said the teen was able to free himself and walk back to his vehicle, uninjured.
A report from the AJC said Grubbs was arrested for “robbery, aggravated assault and aggressive driving.”

08:05 - "Two women fighting outside a Corpus Christi school." On Wednesday morning, Ramon Garcia posted a video on Facebook with the caption "when you go to drop your kid off at school." Garcia told he was dropping off his children at Adkins Middle School when he was blocked by two SUVs and instinctively started recording when he noticed a problem. He said he told his children to run to class and ignore the incident. Corpus Christi Independent School District Police Chief Kirby Warnke said the women in the two vehicles were antagonizing each other in the roadway until they reached the parking lot of Adkins Middle School.
The video, shot from inside Garcia's vehicle, shows a woman in black pajama pants and a black shirt standing near a red SUV as another woman wearing a red shirt and blue jeans exits the vehicle from the driver's side. The women immediately begin to throw their arms out at each other as they make their way behind the vehicle.
As the women scuffle, a girl in a cheerleading outfit and black jacket runs from around the front of the SUV and approaches the women. The women and girl move closer to a vehicle with its door open, out of the camera's sight. One of the women yells out to the other to not touch her daughter.
The women then begin pulling each other down by the hair. The man in blue leaves the women and the girl is seen getting up from the floor and approaches the women again. After trying to separate the women, the girl runs to the side of the red SUV, out of the camera's view.
The man in the blue shirt returns and Garcia exits his vehicle and tells the women to stop.

09:43 - MILWAUKEE - Milwaukee police said a 5-year-old was shot and wounded near 44th and Keefe during a road rage incident Thursday, July 25. Just hours after the shooting, a 35-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested in connection. It happened Thursday morning around 10:45 a.m., when police said a minor traffic incident "again resulted in shots being fired and another child being struck."
In the video, a silver sedan and a green van can be seen turning onto 44th Street from Medford Avenue. Words are exchanged and the man in the van can be seen getting out of his vehicle and confronting the other driver. The sedan is seen driving off, and that's when the driver of the van pulled out a gun.
MPD Inspector Terrence Gordon said the child suffered a minor graze wound to the leg, and was treated and released.
