rFactor 2 - F1 2019 Leaderboard & HaloHUD (SimHUB)

Work in progress.

Leaderboard functions:
- Session name, and session infos (remaining time, laps, etc.)
- Timing session's red functions (less than 2 mins remaining)
- Correct F1 driver initials
- Timing function (Leader's laptime, gaps...)
- Editable team colours (Mainly for F1 2019 cars)
- 'In Pit' function for each driver
- Flag status (Green, yellow, sector number, checkered)
- SC/VSC status (Deployed and normal textures)
- Race timing (gaps from leader)
- 'In Pit' function in race session
- 'x' minutes or 'x' laps remaining tabs
- Rounded background textures at the last driver
- Maximum 25 player at the screen, maximum 24 player at yellow flag and maximum 22, when SC/VSC deployed.
