A former head teacher and founder of The Daily Mile, Elaine Wyllie MBE, has inspired thousands of primary schools and pre-schools around the world to build 15 minutes of running into their everyday curriculum. The campaign empowers children to take responsibility for their own health, whilst building confidence and self-esteem.

The Daily Mile breaks all barriers to participation, its 100% inclusive for all ages, abilities and circumstances. The initiative has seen extraordinary benefits to children’s physical, emotional and intellectual well-being.

Elaine wants to inspire all children to feel unlimited and have the self-belief to achieve their dreams.
