The new Chabad in Dingley Village is growing – and to continue we need your help!

In recent years hundreds of Jewish families have moved to Dingley and it's neighbouring suburbs – a short distance from Bentleigh and Caulfield. That's close to a thousand Jewish men, women and children who have chosen to live in an "affordable" environment and make their lives in this vibrant suburb.

Established in February this year Dingley Chabad caters to this rapidly expanding Jewish community.

• around 60 people attended our Purim party and Pesach Seders
• for Lag Ba'omer more than 100 people joined us for a lively bonfire
• Shavuot was celebrated with 150 people joining us, including around 60 children

These well attended events have spurred us on to realise the real potential and strong demand for a Community Centre in Dingley.

Chabad Dingley has weekly Shabbat services, Kids programs , Shiurim and Kiddushim. Our monthly Shabbat dinners and luncheons attract a full house. With over 30 local children wanting a Hebrew School, we will be launching our Hebrew school in the next couple of months.
Now that our first Rosh Hashana and Yom Kippur are just around the corner and hundreds of people expected to join us, we have so much to organise and a lot to prepare – and that is where YOU can help to ensure that these happen and that we continue to have a vibrant, growing Jewish community in Dingley.
