Keith Moon (1946–1978) was the legendary drummer of the English rock band The Who. Known for his explosive playing style, wild stage presence, and unpredictable personality, Moon became one of rock music’s most influential drummers.
He joined The Who in 1964 and played on classic albums such as My Generation, Tommy, Who’s Next, and Quadrophenia. His powerful, chaotic, and highly creative drumming became a defining part of The Who’s sound.
Keith Moon died in 1978 at the age of 32, but his legacy as one of rock’s most iconic drummers continues to inspire musicians worldwide.
