How To Make Peach Cobbler For Dummies (ALMOST FAIL)

It's October 1st yet it's 90 degrees in Los Angeles, but that's not going to stop me from getting into the holiday spirit! I'm a sucker for desserts and wanted to dive into one of my favorite fall recipes: Peach Cobbler.
Somehow, most of the sugar from my pantry went missing (not even sure how that happens), and unfortunately for me, this recipe calls for a decent amount of it. BUT I didn't let that stop me... I had to improvise and still made it work! Because that's what we do in my kitchen. Oh and yes, it still turned out amazing! Enough that I had to restrain myself from eating the entire bowl.
