Children of the Sea: My Grand Plan

I’ve recently gotten of newfound love for The Little Mermaid (Probably because of TLM Live) and the backstory of Ursula. She and Triton are actually siblings (revealed in the Broadway adaptation and original script) and in the straight to DVD sequel it is revealed that Ursula has a younger sister. Regardless if you consider the musical and sequel canon I’m gonna make a series about this kiddos.

After years of being compared to Triton and Ursula, Morgana has had enough and runs away from Atlantica and leaves her title as Princess behind. She meets Undertoe (much like a certain future niece) they become fast friends and she begins to tell her about her childhood. Her Stepmom Amphitrite (yes Hercules: The Series is apart of this) has issues with her being a cecaelia (she does have issues with Ursula but also believes Ursula, though being a cecaelia has a part to play as second in line), her Father Poseidon is always busy with Triton and on occasion Ursula but never her, and her birth mother (her fate will be revealed later) cared for Ursula and saw Morgana as a failure. As Morgana and Undertoe find a place to stay she decides then and now that someday her name will be remembered no matter what cost.
