Nestled in the heart of Georgia’s Svaneti region near Mestia, Chalaadi Glacier is one of the Caucasus Mountains’ most accessible glaciers. A short forest hike leads to dramatic views of ice, rock, and towering snow-capped peaks shaped by centuries of glacial movement. Surrounded by pristine alpine scenery and the rushing Mestiachala River, it offers a striking glimpse into the wild beauty of the Greater Caucasus.
