Can You Drink Alcohol With Hashimoto’s?

In this video, I share a few things about the interaction of booze and your thyroid condition.  First of all, learn more about beer, wine and spirits - there is a lot of junk in most processed alcohols.  Choose clean wines, gluten free beers and avoid the pesticides so commonly found in most products. Also, I explain why alcohol is not great if you are currently inflamed. Can you enjoy a drink now and then?  Sure, but you have to take care of your detox processes and be smart about consumption.
