The Bartlett Bros deliver their second single for our Black Hole imprint. Their first title was "Satellite of Love"; this new production is called "Artika".

"Artika" is a superb progressive track on the trance tip and really takes the listener on a trip. The Francesco Sambero & Bartlett Bros Mix, which in fact is the original version of the track, sets the standard for the remixes in this package. The rough combination of both bassline and drumprogramming with the synth stabs give the track an incredible drive and energy. When the break kicks in, the trance part takes over. A superb theme plays and may remind some of the older cats of late seventies Jean Michel Jarre melodies. But that's during the break, 'cause when that hands in the air moment is done, the beats and bass return to set fire to the dance floor.

M.I.K.E. and Amex took care of the remixes. They all stayed close to the original, but reworked the arrangement in their own unique fashion. Listen closely to all versions, 'cause with a track this strong you simply have to!
