Description
A large oval, Georgian sterling silver hallmarked centerpiece with crystal insert. The centerpiecedecorated
with cast grape & vine leaves and bacchanalian masque, standing on four paw feet. The central disk engraved with 2 detailed armorials.
Made in London by I.P which Grimades lists as probably John Parker II. The date letter is 'H' for 1803, George III.
The maximum dimensions are 12.75" x 10.75" x 11" high.
The weight of the sterling silver stand without the glass is 2,065 grams = 66.40 troy oz = 72.85 regular ounces = over 4.5 lbs.
