Sangean ATS-818CS Portable aka Realistic DX-392
This auction is for a Sangean ATS-818CS Portable AM / FM / Shortwave Communications Receiver.
The whip antenna is in fine shape.  The receiver has an external antenna connection, but I always used it as a portable, with the built in antenna.  The battery compartment is clean (I never used it with batteries).  I inserted an old cassette tape into the drive and I could FF and REW, but it would play and record for only a couple seconds.  I used this ATS-818CS mainly as a communications receiver to listen to ham radio operators in SSB.
