Vintage Realistic Voice of the World PLL Synthesized Circuit AM/FM Direct Entry Communication Receiver, model DX-440.  Item is used, has signs of wear and use on it, comes with strap, straight internal antenna and clean battery compartment. Has been tested and works fine.  No external antenna or batteries included. See pics for details and whats included. Item comes from a smoke/pet free home.
