    Description

Enola Gay B-29 Bomber Dropped Atomic Bomb Devastation Hiroshima Japan in WWII Stamp MINT Never Hinged!
This is a genuine postage stamp commemorating the dropping of the atomic bomb in World War II. The B-29 Superfortress, The Enola Gay, was piloted by Colonel Paul W. Tibbets, Jr. and targeted Hiroshima, Japan. A second bomb was later dropped on Nagasaki. This led to the surrender of Japan to the Allies in World War II in August of 1945. The stamp is
in mint, never hinged condition and is valid for postage in its issuing country. It would make an interesting addition to any collection of World War 2 memorabilia, United States or Japanese history stamps. FREE clear plastic protective display holder included! Thanks for looking!
