1873/79 Trapdoor Springfield Trowel Bayonet - Original

For sale is an original Trapdoor Springfield trowel bayonet. It's been rusted at one point in its life, as pretty well every surface has visible pitting. Nearly all of the rust has been taken off though. The moving socket on the grip is frozen in place and I can't get it to move, but it feels good in the hand. All of the surfaces are still very solid despite their looks. I found it in a local antique shop a bit ago but I don't really have the space for it anymore so it's time for it to move along. It would make a good display piece for someone with an old west collection. If you have any questions feel free to ask!
